Customer service:

The only way to order is through the website. Orders by phone will not be accepted. Items that are ordered online, should be available. If they would not be available, you will be contacted as soon as possible by a contact person of Supremia. After you place your online order you will receive an electronic confirmation of your order. This confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you fill in.

Sales conditions:


The applied Incoterm is DDU Belgium. Taxes / levies on import are not included in the webshop prices and can be charged separately by the local customs to the end user. Supremia can not be held liable for taxes / levies on import and will not pay them.

A correct VAT number is required for companies at the moment of the order. The applicable rate is 21%. If the VAT number would not be correct, you will be charged an additional 21% before sending the goods.

Prices and specifications are subject to change at any time without prior notice. All measurements are approximate and are given as guidance only.

After ordering, all orders will be delivered in approximately 5 working days for deliveries within the European Union depending on volume and destination (unless otherwise confirmed). All online orders must be shipped. We use standard delivery services. Backorders will not be allowed.

Delivery costs will be charged separately depending on the volume and destination of your shipment. Standard delivery will be free of transportation costs for orders with a delivery address in Belgium and with a minimum order value of €65 including VAT.

 Orders are paid in advance by credit card. The payment will be processed by Service Provider Ogone. Goods will not be shipped without prior payment.

Defective goods?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inform us by e-mail, , within the 5 working days following to its delivery. Defective or damaged items must be returned to Supremia within 10 days from the delivery, stating the reasons for the return. All returned items must contain the original label, preferably in the original packaging and can not yet be worn. Otherwise the goods are deemed to have been accepted on delivery.

Exchanging sizes of clothes?

For all clothing we try to provide a clear size chart on the shop. This table can help you in picking the right size of clothing. If you should have ordered clothing that is not the right size, you can notify us by mail ( If the clothing is still in its original packaging and all labels are still attached, you can send us the product upon our approval. When our logistical department receives the product, we will send you the correct size asap.

Data Collection

Personal data is processed according to the Belgian National Law and the EU Directive 95/46 as of October 24th 1995.


Ogone uses the Supremia website and the online forms of the payment page only to collect and transmit data which is necessary to process your payments. This is for example the amount you have to pay, the currency and payment method you use to pay etc. Additional information, the merchant needs to be able to process your order, is collected (e.g. details on the order, delivery and billing address etc.). This data is stored for each transaction in order to be able to process the transaction and if necessary to check it. For fraud prevention reasons, Ogone is furthermore storing the IP-address of the computer, which was used to place the transaction.

Supremia/Ogone does not collect any sensitive personal information, in particular with regard to race, religion or political affiliation.

Use of data

Information collected by Supremia/Ogone is used to execute the entire online payment transaction process, which was instructed by the consumer between him and the merchant.


Data collected by Ogone is stored for an adequate time to process the online payment/fulfill the contract between Supremia and Ogone. Highest security standards are applied on data storage, all compliant to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).


Supremia/Ogone will not sell or rent private data to third parties. Furthermore, Supremia/Ogone will not share private data with third parties, unless it is necessary to fulfill the contract/transaction you have with Supremia/Ogone, or you have given us your allowance. Situations when your data is transferred to third parties are the following:

Ogone may share data with certain trusted partners, whose contribution is necessary to perform the payment process in the context of technical partnerships. Data might for example be shared with the post to send out invoices, the Visa, MasterCard, American Express... processors to process your payment to the merchants or to service providers to undertake analyses on behalf of Ogone.

These third parties are forbidden to use your personal information for any purpose other than the provision of these services to Ogone, and are obliged to keep your information confidential.
